This year taught me something big

I hope you’re taking a much needed break during the end of 2025 and finding time to focus on yourself, your business, and really map out a strategy.

In 2025, my guiding word was “Harmony”. I wanted to find harmony in business and in my personal life. I always felt like business was overtaking personal life and I was thinking about it all the time.

I love running a business and I love working. But it wasn’t until I accepted that during this past year, that I began to feel harmony. I was trying to force harmony into my life, trying to make everything seamlessly blend together, but it wasn’t happening. At one point, I even gave up and realized it might be a continual work in progress.

But finally, towards the end of the year, I felt a shift in October. The harmony began to happen because of a few changes I made in my outlook: accepting that I love to work, and understanding that every decision I make is a choice I’m making. So if my children are sick and I choose to work instead of being with them (calling in my mom for support), then that choice was mine…and that didn’t feel like harmony. That felt like a weight strongly in one direction.

With these two mental shifts, harmony has finally begun to happen. It’s still a word of mine that is moving into 2026 as there is a lot of work to do with that front, but the word of 2026 that will be hand-in-hand with it is:

Ease

I’m done pushing harder, trying so hard. I want a clear strategy where each day I know exactly what I’m working on and from there, I will be focused on growth in the easiest way possible, both for my business and family.

If you also want ease, sustainability or just a new life for yourself - please reach out to me. I’d love to chat about what that looks like and if you’d be a good candidate for my programs.
