Consulting begins with an in-depth audit of your current business and team structure. During this session, we review how your team is operating, how work is currently delegated, what systems or automations you have in place (if any), and where you want the business to go in the next few years.
The audit is typically a minimum of two hours, depending on the stage and complexity of your business.
Within a week of our discussion, I will draft a custom plan of action outlining the changes and next steps that will help move your business forward. From there, you can implement the plan on your own, or we can schedule additional sessions if you’d like continued support as you make those changes.
Consulting sessions start at $597 for the initial two-hour audit, with pricing adjusted if additional time is needed depending on the scope of your business. We can discuss the appropriate length and approach during our initial call.
