While many of my clients come from corporate careers, what matters most is that you're building a service-based business and are committed to growing it intentionally.
My frameworks are especially helpful for professionals transitioning from employment into business ownership, but I work with a variety of founders and consultants.
-
My expertise is primarily with service-based businesses, consultants, coaches, freelancers, and other expertise-driven businesses.
If your business relies heavily on services rather than physical products, there's a good chance I can help.
-
No.
While many of my clients are women, my programs and consulting services are available to anyone who feels aligned with my approach and expertise. I have coached men before.

The easiest way is to book a call through the contact page.
We'll discuss your business, your goals, and where you're currently feeling stuck. From there, I'll recommend the program or service that makes the most sense for your situation.
LAUNCH
-
Flourishing Freelancer is designed for professionals who want to build a freelance or consulting business that provides both income and flexibility.
Many members are transitioning from corporate careers, growing a side hustle, or trying to create a more sustainable freelance business.
-
That's completely fine, most students that come into the program do not have clients.
Some members join before they've landed their first client, while others already have a few projects underway. The program focuses on building the right foundation so you can create a stable business rather than relying on luck or trial and error.
-
Many members begin while still employed. I have coached a few students to get to the point where they build their freelance business and are able to quit.
In fact, building your business while you still have income coming in can reduce pressure and give you more time to make strategic decisions.
-
You're not alone. It’s normal.
One of the biggest challenges for new freelancers is learning how to become visible and talk about their expertise. We work on both the strategy and mindset needed to market your business consistently and confidently.
-
Flourishing Freelancer starts with a four-month commitment to give you time to learn, implement, and build momentum.
Many members stay between six and twelve months as they continue developing their business and benefiting from the coaching and community.
SCALE
-
Private coaching is designed for freelancers who already have paying clients and are looking to grow beyond their current plateau.
Many clients come in with 3-5 clients and want to reach six figures while improving how their business operates.
-
Every business is different, but common topics include:
increasing income without increasing hours
reducing dependence on referrals
attracting higher-quality clients
improving pricing and positioning
setting better boundaries with clients
deciding whether and how to hire
-
Absolutely.
Unlike a group program, private coaching is tailored specifically to your business, goals, opportunities, and challenges.
There is no one-size-fits-all roadmap.
-
The structure varies based on your needs and goals.
We'll determine the appropriate level of support together and create a coaching plan that fits your situation. Most students work with me between 4 months and one year.
-
Occasionally, yes.
While most private coaching clients already have an established business, I sometimes accept early-stage freelancers who are highly committed and feel strongly aligned with private coaching.
EXPAND
-
Team Consulting helps improve how your team functions. This includes delegation, communication, team structure, hiring decisions, and operational improvements.
Staffing helps you find and hire the right freelancer for your business through a structured sourcing and vetting process.
-
Most clients are service-based business owners generating at least $150,000 annually with teams of fewer than five people.
These businesses are often navigating their first hires or early stages of team growth.
-
Traditional recruiters often focus on filling positions.
My approach focuses on helping you understand what you actually need before hiring and matching candidates based on skills, personality, communication style, and long-term fit.
I also do not take an ongoing percentage of the freelancer's earnings after placement.
-
The audit is a deep dive into your current business and team structure.
We'll examine how work is delegated, how your team communicates, where bottlenecks exist, and what changes can help your business operate more efficiently.
You'll receive a customized action plan following our discussion.
-
Very little.
I handle the heavy lifting, including clarifying the role, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
You'll typically meet only with the final shortlist of candidates before making your decision.
